ARDigital ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Commis mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Photos

The App may access your device camera or photo library solely to scan recipe images. Photos are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

1.2 Usage Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., feature usage, session duration). This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve the App.

1.3 Crash Reports

We use Sentry to collect anonymous crash and error reports to diagnose and fix bugs. These reports do not contain personally identifiable information.

1.4 Purchase Data

If you subscribe to Commis Premium, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information. RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous user identifier to manage subscription status.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require account creation or login.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Recipe data is stored locally on your device using SQLite and is never transmitted to us.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

4. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained according to the respective third-party service policies. Local app data (recipes, preferences) remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

5. Children's Privacy

Commis is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
